Why 'Start Here'?
You might be wondering, 'Start Where?'
The answer is simple: Wherever you are! As a counselor and consultant, my goal is to support my clients in gaining clarity about where they are now, where they’d like to go, and the steps needed to get there.
People often seek counseling or consulting when they sense that things aren't where they want them to be. Some starting points are closer to our goals than others, but we all can use support as we strive toward growth and positive change.
Starting points can be both challenging and exciting. New beginnings--whether in our personal lives or within our work organizations--can be a result of choice or disappointment. Whether or not your current starting point is one you’ve chosen, the aim of Start Here Counseling & Consulting, PLLC, is to offer support without judgment, providing a safe space to define and make tangible progress toward your goals.

I offer virtual counseling services for individuals, couples, and families in North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
