Much of my career has focused on learning about the dynamics of abusive relationships and the abuse recovery process. In addition to all I've learned about abusive relationships through my work, I'm also a survivor myself who is on my own healing journey.

Through Start Here Counseling & Consulting, PLLC, I provide virtual counseling and therapy for survivors of intimate partner violence / domestic violence in North Carolina and Pennsylvania. I strive to offer an approach that is trauma-informed and solution-oriented, while also being personalized to the unique needs of each client.
